The Murderer’s Daughter

The Murderer's Daughter

I received a prepublication copy of this book (August 18, 2015) through NetGalley with the understanding that I would publish are review on my blog, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Google + pages along with NetGalley, Amazon and Goodreads.

I requested this book as I have read some of the author’s Alex Delaware series and I thought I’d give this one a try. I will give you my review without disclosing any of the plot.

First and foremost, this is not an Alex Delaware novel, but a stand alone about a psychologist named Grace Blades. It gives you a great deal of background covering her childhood up to the current events in the book. It is not what I would consider your typical thriller, but it is engaging and entertaining. As far as it being a stand alone, it is well set-up to launch another character series if Kellerman chooses to do so.

I recommend this book to anyone who has enjoyed the author’s Alex Delaware series and for those who haven’t, it is a great stand alone book.
